included several new well completions, recompletions, wellhead repairs, and abandonments
o Oversaw all new well completions field-wide in Cymric (55 wells per year) and communicated with Asset
Development, which decreased drill-to-production time by 43% or an average of 23 days/well (92,000 bbls)
versus 2014 statistics
o Executed several multi-disciplinary projects to capture over $1.4 MM by improving processes and
mitigating asset integrity issues
o Led engineering analysis on asset integrity project to preserve 44 MM bbls of reserves
o Increased operational safety through field trials of various tools, valves, and packers
