SYNOPSIS:

Having 18+ years Experience in the field of Refineries, Chemical Plant, Petrochemical Plant, Solvent Recovery Plant, Polyester Fiber Plant and Power Plant as a Mech. /Piping Auto-cad operator/Process Designer. Mainly worked on Plot Plan, Equipment layout, Equipment Foundation Layouts, Piping Layout, Piping Section Layout, Vessel Data Sheets, Nozzle Orientation, from preliminary to `As-Built’ stage and other engineering related drawings.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

Presently working with M/s Pyramid Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd. (Thane) since May’13 as a Senior Process Designer.

Responsibilities:

Activities include Designing & Checking of Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&IDs), Process & Utility Flow Diagrams (PFD & UFD), Preparing Legends & Symbols for Piping, Instrument & Mechanical Equipments & Assigning Line Nos., Instrument Nos., for Tank Farm, Process Plant & Flare area.

Projects:

Petroleum Regeneration & Processing Facility - Fujairah, UAE for Ecomar Energy Solutions FZC.

Gas Treatment Plant – RAS GHARAB, Egypt for Capital Gas.

CPF Phase-1 Feed (Stage-2) – Shaiken Field, Iraq for Gulf Keystone Petroleum International Ltd.

Worked with M/s Matrix Consultants. (Thane) from Mar`12 to Apr`13, For Canter Engineering, as a Mechanical Draughtsman on MEP Solutions.

Responsibilities:

Drafting of Rain Water & Storm water Harvesting Layout, Designing Internal & External Supply and Drainage System Layout, with Plumbing, Electrical & Fire Fighting Details.

Worked on turbine details for quench oil circulation pumps, process water stripper and caustic dilution system, injection system for charge gas compressor, fuel gas distribution system, spent caustic and gasoline coalescer drums, dryer & reactor regeneration system, hydrogen /methane separation & demthanizer feed chilling & recycle ethane vaporizer etc, condensate treatment, solvent recovery, waste & oily water system etc, with ProCAD (Customized Version of Auto Cad for Process Drawing) & having briefly operated Microstation & Spp&id supports.

In Interior Coast of Fahud (ON-PLOT & OFF-PLOT Drawing Works)

Responsibilities:

Worked on Isometric Drawings of Gathering Station Plant for Fahud, Yibal & Lekhwair area.

Making MFL Drawings (Main Flow Line) From Oil Wells to Inlet Mainfolds for the respective areas. Checking the Pipeline history with the PACER Application & updating as per latest Site Condition. Finalizing PID Drawings of the respective areas.

Updating & Maintaning the Baseline & Re-inspection list (Excel Files) for the respective areas. All the work procedure was done for the Ultrasonic Testing of pipes.

Worked with M/s Kirpalanery & Associates, (Engineers) Pvt. Ltd. (Andheri) From Dec`1994 to Jan`96. as a Mechanical/Piping Draughtsman (CAD-Operator).

Responsibilities:

Piping Layouts, Isometric and Supporting Arrangement. Flow Diagrams. Preparing Bill of Materials. Drafting Structural Arrangements for Equipment & foundation layout. General Arrangement of Cement Silo, Rotary & Screw Conveyors Assembly Drawings.

The work done by us was planned by the senior designer and later checked by them, we used to accompany them on site to update the drawing, as per the requirement site condition. It was marked and completed by me to ‘AS BUILT’ level and finally submitted to the client.
