As a trusted partner with Brother Department VPs our goal is to: optimize strategic staffing, recruit top talent, and continue to develop our leaders and management to refocus our organization as we transform our business model.
HRBP: Introduced a new HR model and updated policies to the Brother organization; on the team to implement the first Human Capital Management system- Workday to the organization; implemented a new performance management process and system including new corporate competencies. Had the opportunity to partner in three transformational initiatives with IT, HR and Supply Chain Management. Team member on a corporate compensation re-design initiative.
Latin America: support five countries within Latin America facilitating alignment of practices, Brother culture and skills. Hired two HR Business Partners; coordinated Employee Engagement surveys with parent company in Japan. Extensive work with Brother Mexico on workforce planning, leadership assessment and development.
Talent Management: Introduced a Talent Review process including 9 Box Assessment, Hogan Leadership Assessment and Board-level calibrations. Coached over 25 Director and above level professionals on Hogan leadership and development planning. Developed the first two-day Leadership Offsite meeting for Brother to focus on strategy development and communication.
Director Talent Management and Talent Acquisition: September 2013-March 2014 Hired to transform the HR department and introduce an HR Business Partner/Shared Services model within Brother. Accountable for building the new Talent Acquisition and Talent Management functions within this newly- introduced HR model. Created new programs including performance management, a learning and development strategy, and change leadership initiatives.

MERCEDES-BENZ USA, MONTVALE, NEW JERSEY
Director of the Marketing Academy 1996-1999
With a national team of professional trainers, technicians and curriculum designers developed new directions for learning within Mercedes-Benz USA. Created strategy to initiate a new service culture among headquarters and regional personnel, migrating into the dealer sales and service networks.
Designed and implemented new vehicle launch sales educational curriculum, computer-based instruction, and in-person training for home office, regional and dealership sales and service personnel nationwide. Exceeded corporate sales projections for each of the four new vehicles introduced.
Collaborated with Headquarters in Germany to design and build the production facility/training facility in Tuscaloosa County Alabama in preparation for the launch of the first Mercedes SUV- the M Class.
