COYNE TEXTILE SERVICES, Syracuse, NY 1996- December 2015 One of the largest privately held industrial uniform service companies in the U.S with 9 plants and 16 service centers serving customers in 24 states throughout the Northeast, Southeast, Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions. Third generation manager of an 86+ year old, high-performance, family enterprise. Career-long experience providing company leadership through a variety of roles, with a goal of expanding the company nationwide. Overall contributions include:

Negotiated all collective bargaining agreements, including developing a negotiating strategy which incorporated standardized language and standardized economics.

Built a company-wide Safety First culture including developing an employee-run safety committee.

Created a transitional duty/work hardening program to return employees to the workplace, reducing Workers Comp experience rating.

Developed a CRM sales process designed to grow accounts and manage prospects.

Coyne GENERAL Chronology: MANAGER, SYRACUSE DIVISION 2013 – December 2015. Shifted into the GM position when the company President/CEO stepped back into his role after surgery. Took over the Syracuse division with full P&L responsibility. Volume under agreement increased from 67% to 90%. Reduced routes from 22 to 19 servicing the same volume. Achieved a 3% revenue growth and EBITDA improvement of over 25%. INTERIM PRESIDENT 2012 – 2013

Shouldered role during President/CEO's medical leave. Focused on reducing debt, growing the business, and building a culture of safety and trust.

Built a sales organization from the ground up (VP of Sales, five RSLs, 38 reps). Created a marketing plan, divided territories, mined prospects through Hoover's D&B, managed prospects, made presentations, formulated contracts.

VP OF OPERATIONS 2001 – 2012

Oversaw operations of nine plants in New York, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, South Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee and Virginia, with combined annual revenue of over $65M. Oversaw all P&L, supervised nine general managers, reported to the President/CEO.

Consolidated the Worcester, MA plant into the New Bedford, MA plant, and the Schenectady plant into the Syracuse plant. Consolidations reduced excess capacity in each area to less than 25%, eliminated duplicate jobs, and increased the EBITDA run rate from 23% to 25%.

GENERAL MANAGER, SYRACUSE DIVISION 1999 – 2001

Held complete P&L responsibility for the Syracuse Uniform Rental Service operating plant with annual revenues of more than $9M.

Moved the plant from 5th to 1st in the company, by revenue growth, by EOY 2001.

Exceeded annual revenue plan, growing revenue organically from $8.5M to $9M; improved EBITA by 40%; reduced lost business by 3%; reduced DSO from 34.5 days to 27.6 days.

Led best practices for plant operations including Safety and OSHA, resulting in no lost time incidents and zero non- compliance violations of wastewater treatment.

SERVICE MANAGER & PLANT MANAGER, SYRACUSE DIVISION 1996 – 1999 Increased Service Center organization and productivity. Fully staffed the Syracuse Service Center through hiring best practices. Defined clear roles and responsibilities for Service Center District Manager, Service Sales Representatives, and Route Supervisors. Implemented the Company's Commitment to Service program and achieved 100% compliance to program.

Attained 100% call back (CIFs) within 24 hours; 100% completion of Customer Surveys, per month, based on customers assigned; and 97% Customer Satisfaction. Developed route check-in procedures and routing reports for deliveries. Used the CBA to process out non performers.
