Responsible for producing forecasts on 224 import items and coordinating

cross-functional team efforts with Origin Replenishment, Global Logistics,

Operations, and Transportation to get import items to the stores.

. Maintained above 90% forecasting accuracy to help lead the Pets

Department to a 66% increase in Import sales with a 20% increase in

inventory for FYE2015.

. Reduced import inventory by $14M and maintained store in stock above 97%

for the Pets Department.

. Built confidence with the merchants to leverage the Direct Import

Must Arrive By Date (MABD) compliance program to improve supply chain

performance, and optimize the use of multi-channel Logistics for the Sam's

Club DotCom business.

. Operational and P&L responsibility over four Distribution Centers (DC's)

shipping jewelry, collectibles, and diverted merchandise worth $60M in

sales. Successfully implemented processes, metrics, and goals in these

DC's to drastically improve operating efficiency and service to

customers.

. Developed a business delivery solution for a new Sam's Club format in

Houston, TX that utilized new hybrid diesel truck technology and hybrid

cooling units to help control fuel expenses.

. Established a supply chain network from Mexico to a new Sam's Club format-

Mas Club in Houston, TX that increased sales by $40M.

. Successfully implemented two new pallet suppliers in over 100 Clubs and

four Distribution Centers.

basis to insure rail cars were delivered promptly and service expectations

were to standard. Coordinated activities with the maintenance department to

Engineer Companies.

Engineer Battalion.

Assault and Obstacle Platoon Leader, U.S. Army, Fort Hood, Texas 2001-

2002

Supervised, trained, and counseled 28 soldiers in a Digital Engineer

Assault and Obstacle Platoon.

Maintained 100% accountability of all equipment and tools valued at over

$40M.

. Selected by III Corps Commander as first Battalion to deploy in support

of Operation Noble Eagle following the events of September 11, 2001.
