Import Demand Planner, Global Sourcing 2011-2015

Responsible for producing forecasts on 224 import items and coordinating

cross-functional team efforts with Origin Replenishment, Global Logistics,

Operations, and Transportation to get import items to the stores.

. Maintained above 90% forecasting accuracy to help lead the Pets

Department to a 66% increase in Import sales with a 20% increase in

inventory for FYE2015.

. Reduced import inventory by $14M and maintained store in stock above 97%

Houston, TX that utilized new hybrid diesel truck technology and hybrid

. Established a supply chain network from Mexico to a new Sam's Club format-

. Successfully implemented two new pallet suppliers in over 100 Clubs and

four Distribution Centers.

2002

Supervised, trained, and counseled 28 soldiers in a Digital Engineer

Assault and Obstacle Platoon.

$40M.

. Selected by III Corps Commander as first Battalion to deploy in support

of Operation Noble Eagle following the events of September 11, 2001.
