WORK EXPERIENCE
Receiving Staff
Responsible for day to day operations in receiving area
Ensure the deliveries of goods are in good order especially for perishables items based on Purchase Orders; Quantity and Quality of goods
Coordinates with the Storekeeper for safe keeping of storeroom delivery items
Coordinates with Purchasing department and Kitchen area for the undelivered perishables goods in a daily basis
Good Receipt of all Supplier’s Invoices to MICROS Fidelio & SAP system in a daily basis
Daily report of all undelivered/partial and send it to all concerned department/kitchen
Prepares report of all Supplier’s Invoices and forward to Accounting department for payment processing
Maintain the cleanliness of Receiving area/Loading dock at all time
Other task
Perform other assigned task/special assignment; monthly closing inventory for kitchen area
In-charge with the Flash Food/Beverage Cost Report in absence of Cost Control Assistant
Fleet Coordinator
To report on a regular basis to the General Manager
Responsible in all the crew change planning of the assigned/ designated vessel
Establishes constant communications with the Ship managers by attending regularly to the crew requirements
Take an active role in the cost-effective responsiveness in all crew planning arrangement
To take charge in the documentation and application of certificates required by clients
Liaise with Brunei and Malaysia Marine Department
To handle the training courses for seafarers and liaise with all approved training centers and in-charge with the enrollment and processing
Responsible in maintaining valid file records of the crew
Updating and monitoring the MPSi system
To take active role in the Quality Planning and implementation of the ISO 9001-2008
Standard
Purchasing/ Logistic Coordinator
Maintains ensures all transactions processed are approved within established guidelines and within level of authority
Arranged complete administration process in terms of company purchasing procedures
Liaise with the suppliers and ensure clear communication channels for the proper schedule of distribution, documentation, stock orders
Assists the Crewing Department and ensure that all personnel complies with Company Health, Safety and Environment and Drug & Alcohol policies
Coordinate with Brunei Shell Petroleum HSE Department for the Safety Induction schedules must be implemented
Responsible for the issuance of Personal Protective Equipment of all crew
In-charge in monitoring of monthly inventory stocks of PPE and office supplies
Perform other assigned task/special project from time to time
HR Officer II
Marine Recruitment
Coordinating with the agencies in UKRAINE, INDONESIA and PHILIPPINES
Communicating to a new crew applicant (Direct hire) to check their availability and salary offer
Coordinating with Marine department for arranging of UAE and Qatari visa to all crews arriving to Dubai and Qatar
Responsible in dealing with the Travel agencies for the Booking/Flight schedule for weekly crew arrivals
Preparing MMG Travel documents (Guarantee letter and Travel assistance to seaman) of crews as per schedule. Send to concerned agencies and airlines to board the passenger
Preparing weekly report of crew arrivals with coordination to Marine department for the arrangement of clearance to immigration
Updating the records in the HRMS system for MOR (memo on rates) purposes to be submitted to Accounting Department
Preparing monthly arrival of crew list for contracts printing
Maintaining efficient and effective filing system
Compensation and Benefits
Responsible in the administration of the “Petty Cash Voucher” (PVC) of all Plane fare reimbursements and Cash advance of all the employees
Responsible in preparing of promotions of all Marine employees
Preparing of computation of End of Service Benefit to those entitled employees
Preparing of computation of “Un-used Plane fare ticket “ for ex-pat employees
Coordinating in all Project sites to attend their concern/problem
Employee Relations
Assisting in of exit/resign application coming from different Project sites
Preparing and Issuing “Notice of Termination” to all terminated employees with medical case
Perform other assigned task/special project from time to time as requested by immediate superior
HR Assistant/MIS/Payroll Staff
Issue requested certificates (Employment, Philhealth, SSS and Pag-IBIG contributions and loan payments
Update 201 file of employees in Payfast System
Act as company representatives of all government agencies
Attend employees concern in SSS and PAG-ibig loan problem

Configure all computer station for file and printer sharing
Administration of server and internet connection
Ensure the back-up system of Payroll and other important files/documents

MIS-Technical Staff

Configure the routers in all area where WiFi connection is located
