Duties: Set up large Mills and operate. Download some 12 to 15 tools into the tool changer, touch each one etc. Download program and run machine to rough large airplanes parts (titanium steel or aluminum) and stacked. Fill the adequate book of checks etc.

Duties: Operate mainly Okuma CNC lathes and some set up: Run production and keep observing the ISO standards recently established by the company. Offset any values required on Axis (machine control panel) to keep tolerance of the part and sometime a little editing of the program. Parts were inspected twice per shift at the Q.C. department. Move parts to next machine if was secondary operation and kept some light ISO paper work.
