20 years I have of experience in the Manufacturing of Aluminium extrusion dies with the capability of Design, tolarence, and Bearing calculation of extrusion dies and supervisory level. 10 years of experience in Die correction and managing the Die shop for day to day production plan. Capable and willing to stand for a long periods of time, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in changing environments. Detail and quality oriented with exceptional hand eye coordination, hardworking and result orientated. Practicing and exhibiting good time management skills. Willing and able to learn, proven ability to pick up new information and system quickly. Strong background in Client Coordination and Administration. Strong interpersonal relationship and a good team player. Professional communication skills include fluency in English, Hindi & Tamil. Computer skills include:-MS Word, excel, Internet / Email.

Presently working as DIE SHOP MANAGER to co-ordinate with die correctors and production department and to the customer requirement to improve the production.

AL-MOAYED ALUMINIUM EXTRUSION SYRIA. 2009

One year as DIE SHOP MANAGER to train the die correctors and co-ordinate with production.

HEMALCO ALUMINIUM SREE LANKA. 2001 - 2004

3 Years as MANAGER DIE SHOP for manufacturing extrusion dies and correction. I setup a tool room here for the die manufacturing.

LANKA ALUMINIUM SREE LANKA. 1997 - 2000

3 Years as SENIOR DIE CORRECTOR to improve the die correction and production.

ARABIAN LIGHT METELS KUWAIT 1992 - 1997

4 Years as DIE SHOP INCHARGE For the manufacturing of extrusion dies for their production.

SUDARSAN ALUMINIUM INDUSTRIES NASIK 1987 - 1991

DIE SHOP INCHARGE for die correction and train to die correctors to co-ordinate with production department.

INDIAN ALUMINIUM COMPANY (INDAL) 1968 - 1984

16 years worked as DIE MAKER for manufacturing extrusion dies and its correction . this is the first aluminium extrusion company in india with collaboration of ALCAN CANADA.
