Account Executive at IMPRES Technology Solutions Inc. Santa Fe Springs, CA May. 2014 Present

IMPRES is Federal IT solution provider awarded Dell Federal Partner of the Year 2015.

Served Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and Federal civilian agencies as a Value Added Reseller for IT

equipment, software and services. Cultivated and managed new and existing customers and business partners as a Federal

Account Executive. Accomplishments:

Promoted to Sales Trainer Jan 1, 2016. Training responsibilities are concurrent with sales and support new and existing

employees on sales processes, federal contracting, operations processes and OEM services.

Promoted to Salesforce CRM Administrator Sept. 1, 2015, responsibilities are concurrent with sales. Manage user and

account management, workflow definitions, data quality guidelines, and activity and performance reporting. Report

data is now used by CEO and Executive Staff as the basis for weekly status update.

Operations Liaison between IMPRES business units. Authored SOPs on order processing and order reporting. Resolve

internal and external issues and disputes for order processing and vendor relationships.

Won $4.1M in direct government contracts with manufacturing partners in first 6 months of employment as an Account

Project Manager and liaison for Fort Bragg Medical Center digital display solution. Provided market research,

procurement, logistics and technical support for a comprehensive Avaya communication system solution. Provided

coordination between manufacturer, customer and on-site engineers. FBMC is now a regular customer.

Configured, priced, sold and delivered over 3500 desktops and 1700 laptops to a Classified Dept. of Defense customer in

Life Cycle Analyst at Quantis International Boston, MA Jan. 2011 Sept. 2012

Quantis is a world-recognized sustainability consulting and research firm based in Switzerland.

Team lead for the Quantis US Water Footprint Team implementing latest methodologies in water footprinting including

localized water scarcity, and multi-media impact assessment. Project manager for sustainability assessments to Fortune 500

executives. Assessments included corporate footprinting, product assessment, water and carbon footprinting, and on site

training. Utilized ISO 14040, 14044, 14046 and other industry standards for clients in the agro-food, cosmetics, packaging,

transport and energy industries. Utilized PMIs PMBOK guidelines for managed projects.

Managed project which evaluated aquatic toxicity for Natura cosmetic products using state-of-the-art methodologies

resulting in key toxicity insights to customer and providing new tools for Quantis.

Led training session with Chevron engineers and in-house analysts at their San Ramon, CA headquarters on water

footprinting using proprietary Chevron petroleum supply chain data. Chevron is now a repeat customer.

Managed project and project team to develop a model of freight truck tire use/reuse for Michelin tire company.

Proactively engaged client which led to work package extension doubling project value and revenue. Project resulted

in key insights to environmental and economic cost and contributed to Michelin US product planning.

Led the Quantis design team in a comparison of transport container solutions environmental impact for the Corrugated

Packaging Alliance. Evaluated system environmental impacts including carbon emissions, land use, acidification,

smog and more. Project led to repeat business.

Managed a specialized assessment of water impacts for Pineridge Foods. Project included a production model, report

and presentation; enabling the customer to prioritize process upgrades from an itemized list.

Electrical Engineer at NNE Pharmaplan Herlev, Denmark Sept. 2006 Aug. 2009

NNE is of the worlds largest suppliers of engineering services to the pharma and biotech industry.

Collaborated on detailed electrical power design for multi-million dollar pharmaceutical production plants in Denmark,

China and France. Travelled internationally to work directly with technicians and engineers to solve problems and qualify

installation. Defined design requirements and validated installation for power distribution as a member of the electrical

engineering department. Specific projects and accomplishments:

Authored technical RFPs (request for proposals) detailing power distribution specifications for conceptual, basic and

detailed designs. Customers include GSK Biologicals, Solvay Pharmaceuticals, Novo Nordisk, Bayer, Biogen Idec

and DSM.

Defined power consumption requirements and designed electrical component layout for Novo Nordisk office in

Orestad, Denmark. Coordinated client and contractor activities during detailed design and construction.

Created electrical design specifications including lighting, distribution electrical protection, and communication layout

and configuration for DSM lab rebuild and upgrade. Evaluated proposals for construction phase.

Created specifications and proposal documentation for power distribution installations for Novo Nordisk on a

production area upgrade project in Hillerd, Denmark.

Electrical engineering liaison between customer and contractor a for Biogen Idec project in Hillerd, Denmark to

convert empty production space into an inspection lab.

Created CAD model of cable trays and electrical component layout for space management team for a Novo Nordisk

filling plant detailed design. Project located in Tianjin, China.

Created the single-line diagram, short circuit analysis, cable dimensions and managed the electrical consumer

database. Travelled weekly to France to participate in on-site supervision and to update CAD designs as-built for

GSK Biologicals vaccine facility. Project located in Saint-Amand-les-Eaux, France.
