Successfully settled a constructive discharge case against AIG; client received a $12,000 settlement and severance

package.

Reviewed, edited, and negotiated commercial leases for two restaurants in Hells Kitchen; achieved over $10,000 in

decreases of yearly rent and property tax, and concessions for both clients.

Partnered with the Chief of Staff to prevent two elderly clients from being evicted from their apartments by

negotiating with the landlord and successfully applying for emergency aid from New York City Housing Department.
