I-Bean Structural works:

Performed structural design and analysis of steel and creating the 3D model of structure, vendor drawing review, reply to vendor to queries and follow up with the vendor etc.

HVAC works:

Preparation of data sheets, specification and material requisition for Hvac system such as chiller, AHU, package units, ducts, HVAC control panel, etc.

Site supervision(Quantify all task and set duration with productivity requirement after planning, quantity surviving, billing and verification).

Making technical specification of selected equipment.

Experience on Preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance and over hauling of rotating equipments such as Centrifugal compressor, Reciprocating Compressor, Pumps, Fans & Blowers and static equipments such as Column,Vessel,Heat exchangers, Valves Overhauling and Servicing.

COMPRESSORS:

Experience in Maintenance of Centrifugal Compressors, Reciprocations Process Air Compressors, Instruments Air Compressors, etc. Reciprocating compressors (2000 PSI) Changing cylinder, hot valve, lubrications oils, Monthly services 1250 Hrs, 2500 Hrs, Semi-Annual and Annual Service.

CENTRIFUGAL COMPRESSOR Worked with Dresser RAND, Natural gas Lifting centrifugal compressor with liquid film seal and dry gas seal system with various capacities. Involved in changing, Bearing changing and its seal and lube oil circuit accessories maintenance.

RECIPROCATING COMPRESSOR:

Having experience in various manufacturers of KGK (India) ingresses Rand (India) reciprocating compressor of "V" type with instrument air services with various capacities.

Involved in repair and charging of valves, Piston, Piston rings, Bearing & Its Oil circuit equipments and coolers maintenance.

PUMPS:

Involved in centrifugal pumps overhauling mechanical seal assembling and aligning the pump with prime mover by reversible Method, Rim and Face Method.

Worked in reciprocating pumps like Puis feeder.

Involved in repair such as plunger changing, Diaphragm changing check valves changing and packing activities.

A pump is a Mechanical device. It converts mechanical energy into hydraulic energy i.e. lifts any liquid from a lower level to higher level.

FANS &BLOWERS:

Having experience to change the blade angles, Belt aligning tensioning in the pulley with driver.

TURBINE:

Gas turbine is a rota dynamic mechanic; it converts the heat energy into mechanical energy. The mechanical energy developed by a turbine is used to run an electrical generator; the electric power generator in this way is called hydroelectric power.

STATIC EQUIPMENT:

Worked in safety relief valves. Filler, Strainers, Flame arrester and pipeline plant maintenance.

Involved in safety relief valves over hauling & calibration and general valves (Gate, Valve, Globe Valve, Check Valve etc) .Repair and change the gland packing and plant preventive maintenance of static equipments.

VESSEL:

Blinding the inlets and outlets,

Open the man ways,

Visual inspection from the integrity dept,

Internal scaffolding erection and visual inspection,

Cleaning, buffing as per marked area,

Demister pad removal,

Cleaning (air and water) the demister pads,

Buffing the T joint area, nozzle, and vertex breaker,

After completion of internal inspection, install the demister pad,

After completion of final inspection and boroscopy, box up the man ways,

Deblinding the inlets.
