● Encodes CHRIS Employee Data Sheet of newly hired employees.
● Endorses CHRIS Employee Data Sheet of newly hired employees to Human Resources Head
Office for Payroll and BDO Cash Card Application.
● Submits other CHRIS Transactions (Changes on Employee Data, Timekeeping Payroll
Adjustments, and Separated) to Human Resources Head Office for proper tagging and deletion.
● Submits Oracle Transactions to Human Resources Department (New Hires, Changes in
Employee Data, Payroll Adjustments, and Separated Employees) for proper tagging and
deletion.
● Responsible for distribution and renewal of employees company identification card.
● Administers the Notice of Personnel Action (Changes and Separation Notice) of both seasonal
and regular employees.
● Checks 201 file of seasonal employee for a possible recommendation for regularization.
● Prepares Interview Checklist for Panel Interview for Employee Regularization.
● Assists in conducting Panel Interview for Employee Regularization.
Administers Medical Referral slip for complete medical compliance of an employee

● Conducts Background Investigation for regularization.
● Prepares 201 file of an employee recommended for regularization.
● Updates employees 201 files.
● Updates 201 B (Records for timekeeping documents) of regular employees.
● Files other timekeeping related documents.
● Issues Memo for timekeeping related offenses (esp. Tardiness and Unauthorized Absences
Memo)
● Prepares Notice of Administrative Hearing.
● Assists in conducting Administrative Hearing.
● Prepares Administrative Investigation Report.
● Submits employee benefit related documents (e.g., BIR Form 2305 and MPLAF Form) to
Human Resources Head Office for proper updating and/or processing.
● Prepares AWOL Letter to be sent to employees who committed 5 consecutive days of
unauthorized absences.
● Administers Termination Pay Letter to separated employees.
● Prints SCRF (Separation Clearance and Release Form) of seasonal and regular separated
employees for proper routing.
● Does SCRF computation for regular separated employees.
● Encodes newly hired employees in Prime System for payroll purposes.
● Updates records of active employee's records encoded in Prime System.
● Encodes Timekeeping Documents in Prime System.
● Does Prime Timelink everyday (capturing and updating of everyday timekeeping swipes)
● Does Prime Processing to compute net work hours which includes commission of absence/s,
tardy or under time minutes and encoded timekeeping documents for easier payroll processing.
● Submits processed payroll files (regular payroll and adjustments) to Human Resources Head
Office for consolidation and submission to Payroll Head Office.
● Administers BDO Cash Card Application of seasonal employees.
● Prepares weekly headcount report to be submitted to Human Resources Head Office.
● Prepares monthly DOLE Report.
● Prepares monthly headcount (outright, consignor and agency), absences and overtime reports to
be submitted to Human Resources Head Office.
2. SITEL Philippines Corporation (Customer Service Representative)
-Duties and Responsibilities-
● Assigned in Delivery Customer Care Department.
● Answers phone calls from customers, mostly, inquiries about the delivery of their items and
complaints about a damage/s in/on the items that they received.
● Makes detailed documentation of every phone transactions.
● Transfers phone calls to proper department depending on customer concerns (e.g. Repair
Customer Care if the concern is about tools or equipment replacement)
● Suggests free home consultation to customers (e.g. central heating systems)
