•1998 Built from the ground up PTS Lakeside Outpatient Rehabilitation Facility and PTS Allendale Out Patient Rehabilitation Facility to increase visibility and accessibility of services throughout the Shreveport area. These satellites increased annual revenue by 40%.

•1999 Developed PTS Medical Transportation Services to help meet the demand for medical transportation in an underserved market. This service provided medical transportation for PTS patients as well as other local health care providers. The PTS Medical Transportation Services increased revenue by 15% annually.

•Developed central admission process from scratch. Established managed care systems, HR development programs and tools for staff to effectively manage patients to support new business development projects.

•Developed and implemented marketing strategies i.e. health screenings, physician referral networks and community outreach programs. These strategies increased patient census over 50 percent in less than six months for three outpatient physical therapy and rehabilitation clinics influencing business turn-around making the facilities profitable in less than a year. •Developed and implemented Senior Saturdays Outreach Program.
