Job Responsibilities as Receipt (Supplier) Quality Control Engineer:

Handle complete incoming inspection function, which includes incoming inspection, corrective & preventive action with supplier

Responsible to generate Quality Problem Report (QPR) to Supplier

Samples submission as per customer requirements

Maintain Instruments(Micrometer, Vernier Calipers, Push pull tester etc.) calibration records

Conduct Meeting with VDP (Vendor development process) team to resolve supplier Quality issues

Responsible for improvement in supplier quality

Job Responsibilities as Quality Process Engineer:

Ensure Inspection at Lead Preparation Cell (LPC) and Assembly area

Continuous improvement in product by conducting the product audit as per plan

Responsible to raise Corrective Action Report (CAR) against major non conformity

Maintain Quality & system record

Prepare weekly analysis report

Implement 6S on the shop floor and Handle customer audit

Continually improved methods and procedures for processes, measurement, documenting and work flow techniques.

Ensure the adherence of TS 16949 system related requirement
