Member of the Executive Management Team, reporting directly to the CEO. Directed all accounting and treasury functions including financial planning; financial reporting; internal auditing; tax planning, compliance, and reporting; capital budgeting; SEC regulatory filings; corporate finance including bank relationships; debt financing and equity raises; and mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture activities.

Transformed retail distribution business in significant decline, losing ~50 million in sales from

2012–2013 to an E-Commerce technology and service solutions business, shipping over $1.5 billion in annual gross merchandise value (GMV).

Achieved explosive sales growth: $55 million in 2013; $107 million in 2014; and $120 million in 2015.

Completed multiple public and private placement equity raises including investor presentations, due diligence, and drafting sessions:
