Planned and executed investigations into white collar and blue collar crimes, with oversight and accountability for developing informants, establishing investigative tactics, managing interrogations, and mobilizing resources to close cases involving homicides, burglaries, corruption, and other crimes.
Operationalized and continued to manage the Township’s motorcycle division for 10 years, collaborating with officers from similar units statewide to develop training, accreditation and standard operating procedures for the six-person unit.
Recognized for outstanding service with a Public Safety Officer of Year Award, as well as two Life Saving Awards, three Exceptional Duty Awards, and an Honorable Service Mention for life saving efforts involving a motor vehicle incident, a Silver Alert missing person, and an attempted suicide.
Appointed Drug Awareness Officer, a key community liaison role. Represented the police department at town halls and other events, and developed prevention/awareness programs in coordination with community organizations, school officials, and non-profit agencies.
Completed a seven-month assignment in undercover narcotics with the Morris County Prosecutors Office, culminating in several arrests and evidence gathered to further drug enforcement efforts at the state, county and local level.
