Assistant Coodinator. 10/15/14- Present Boys and Girls Club of America

I assist the Lead coodinator with daily functions of the BGC. I interact with the children assisting them with homework, life skills, etc. I also coordinate all of the sporting events for PG County BGC, as well as assisting with "passport to manhood," and "smart girls."

C.E.O 1/15/11-Present A Cry 4 Help Youth Organization

We use M.U.S.I.C as a way of changing children minds toward positivity. M.U.S.I.C stands for Movement, Unity, Survival, Independence, and Community. This is a community based organization that advocates for the rights of children and their families.

Community Support Worker. 3/12-9/15/15. Hillcrest Children and Family Center

I was assigned a case load of consumers that were contracted to Hillcrest from the Depatment of Mental Health. Once assigned the cases, I had to assist the consumer with daily planning. I was charged with assisting the consumer with maintaing mental health stability.

Family Support Worker 2/10-1/20/12 East River Family Strengthening Collaborative

My responsibilities were to assist assigned families with anything that they needed to be successful as a family. My cases consisted of court assigned clients/ families, school assigned families, as well as self referrals. I was responsible for inputting the data from each individual client on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. I was also charged with developing a weekly progress chart to deliver to each individual family member/client.

Behavior Specialist 8/2003-2/2010 District of Columbia Public Schools

I responsible for handling educational and behaviorally challenged children by helping them cope with everyday living. I was also responsibility for creating a daily, weekly, and monthly behavior point sheet. I used the data gathered from the point sheets, and presented them to the Social Worker for I.E.P. meetings.
