Waitstaff / 10-13

As a wait staff my main responsibility was to make sure my guest not only received a great experience enjoying their dinner. We also had to handle upset guest and resolve the problem in a matter that will not only leave the guest satisfied but that won’t leave a bad impression on the restaurant. Main things I learned from Buckner were patient is key with your guest and they might not be right 100% of the time but a good customer service employees can convey that they are right while at the same time solving their problem.

Estimator/floor technician/ 04-11

Being an Estimator I had to Handle talking and discussing a price range on what they had in mind about their floor. I had to try and upsell the better quality products such as premium carpet and ceramic tiles. As a floor technician I had to make sure our work was up to company standards and to make sure that the customers had no complaints about the work being done. Basic cleaning and the ability to lift 100 pounds were required for this position as well. I worked with various higher ups and had to set appointments for job sites.

I have a few months of technical school studying to be an electrician . I had to leave because of unforeseen health issues that my dad went through.
