2.Internal Corrosion Monitoring & Chemical Treatment
Upgrade corrosion monitoring pionts ( about 70 points ) this involve :-
** Design, carry out, select locations and prepare fitting for monitoring points, injection points &chemical skids covering offshore and onshore fields (Abu Rudies field and Ras Garra field.) According to standard.
**Follow up the thickness survey – welding – hot taping & prepare material.
Follow up the tenders of corrosion equipment and chemicals.
Checking up of corrosion monitoring system, retrieving different types of coupons, cleaning & weight
(Strip, disc & scale) using Retractable system (ATEL & CARPROC), Hydraulic retriever and 2” standard (ROOHRBACK COSASCO & CORROCEAN) manual retriever.
Follow up field trials for Chemicals such as Corrosion Inhibitors, Scale Inhibitors, Multifunction Chemicals, Biocide, etc)

3.Cathodic Protection :-
Prepares, gain approval for and monitor costs against a budget that will enable the viable operation of the service.

Study failure case of Piico gas boot in BELAYIM field ( investigate the cause of the root problem and the corrective action to overcome such problems in the other vessels).
