Brief knowledge of Rotating Machinery Diagnosis Problems and its Trouble Shooting Carried out complete Overhauls & Repairs of large Turbine Generators, Motors & drives up to 110 MW at site. These include Steam & Gas Turbine Generators, Induction Motors, Synchronous Motors & DC Motors and Gearboxes & Heat Exchangers.

Generators site Supervision of service activities such as Repairs, Wedge Mapping & Re-wedging, and Overhauling such as Spray Solvent Cleaning, Cryogenic Cleaning (Dry-ice cleaning), Inspection, Dry-out, Varnishing, Assembly/Disassembly, Alignments and Re-Commissioning of Large Generators.

Man-power handling, Customer Interfacing and Problem Solving, caring out Site activities.

Executing of Mechanical and Electrical Tests on Generator rotors and stators based on OEM and International standards.

RLA Testing &analysis of Motor, Generators, Transformer & Cables.

MSA Testing & analysis of Motor.

VLF Testing of Cables.

Conduct pre-maintenance testing’s like Vibration Testing, Acoustic Emission Analyses and Infrared Thermo graphic Inspection of machine for knowing about machines faults in advance and post maintenance monitoring to ensure repairs and changes to system are effective (PREDUCTIVE AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE)

Safety Related:

Compliance with organization HSE rules and procedures & promoting awareness about them among subordinates and contractors through tool box talk, risk assessment sheet.

To do the electrical testing and measurement at various sites in India as well as overseas.

To do the analysis of collected data and make the report.

Report preliminary findings to the plant managers.

To find and explain the root cause of failure of machine.

To explain the type of testing and its significance.

Condition monitoring and diagnostic testing helps to customer of process industries such as Power, Steel, Oil, Fertilizer, Petrochemical and Cement Industries to prevent them from major break down i.e. failure of machinery and production loss as well. Hence, it is utmost important for the customer to have this testing i.e. online and off line to get the knowledge and health condition of machine.
