I safely led a fleet of 35 company drivers. I was tasked with building the board from 0 drivers to a high of 35 within 5
months time. During that time, I lost 4 drivers 2 of which falsified information on their driver application and were let
go. Two found different jobs with more home time. Navajo is a refrigerated carrier primarily and most product is
extremely time sensitive. Monitoring specific loads such as meat loads was crucial due to the strict appointment times
that had to be met. I carefully planned and assigned drivers to the correct loads for on time pick-up and delivery based
on hours of service and location. My attention to detail an d ability to work in a fast paced and sometimes stressful
and ever changing environment played a key role in my overall successful daily performance.
