Operations & Maintenance: Planning and effecting predictive & preventive maintenance schedules of various equipment to enhance the equipment reliability and increasing machine up time; proactively identifying the areas of obstruction / breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment’s through application of troubleshooting tools; installation and commissioning of the heavy equipment.

Security Management: Devising Security & Fire Safety Plan and setting up of SOPs; conducting emergency / firefighting, evacuation drills & trainings.

Security / Fire Conscious: Maintaining high level security of man and material from unwanted elements (Theft) and fire hazards. Educating the technicians/working staff on fire points, emergency fire exits, action to be taken in case of fire, importance of fire extinguishers, MCP, heat sensor, smoke detector, sprinklers, FHC and how to use fire hose and hose reel, etc.; Maintaining safe & vigilant locomotion of all the people entering & leaving the premises.
