Incoming Material Inspection, Welding Inspection, Blasting and Painting Inspection.
Conduct NDT on Fabricated components as per the project requirement.
Prepare Inspection reports like, Incoming material inspection report, Welding inspection report, Blasting and Painting Inspection report in compliance to International codes and standards.
Coordination with NDT Technicians/Subcontractors for Radiographic and ultra-sonic testing.
Coordination with consultants, Class Surveyors, Clients and Sub contractors
Prepare Quality control Manual as per ASME standard and updated manual
Review NDT third party manual and procedure as par SNT-TC-1A and ASME standard.
Inspection of Received material for further processing, i.e. plates, pipes, forgings, fittings, fasteners, gaskets, etc. with respect to purchaser / client specification and approved drawings, applicable Code & Standards.
Review of material test certificates, identification and correlation of materials as per material specifications.
Inspection of pressure vessels, non-pressure parts, valves, tubes, piping, and pipe fittings for various projects.
Review of test certificates for different components for various projects of different vendors for all the above mentioned equipment.
