Review of all certification and documentation to ensure validity and compliance with specifications, drawings, manufacturing and inspection test plans.

Liaise with the Engineering Manager for the resolution of construction requests for clarification, site queries and non-conformances.

Oversee the NDT process carried out by the sub contractors ensure that the right joints are considered for the testing as per the ITP.

Collect the film from the sub contactors post NDT and generate reports on the findings.

Carry out inspection of work in progress including checking if the right procedure is followed for the welding as well as the check for the qualification of the welding personnel and the kind of materials being used for the process.

Coordinate with the Project’s Safety, Environment and certification engineer and ensure that all statutory requirements are met.

Conduct internal quality audits together with lead quality auditor as well as analyze the results, review / issued audit reports followed by the assessment, monitoring and verification of the implementation of corrective actions.

Responsible for inspection of Mechanical Equipment such Rotating Alignment, preliminary & final alignment.

Nozzle & Piping stressing inspection, checking flange Gap & parallelism.

Inspection of static Equipment such Vessel, Exchanger and etc.

Piping inspection Dimensional checking line checking, punch listing Hydro Testing Witnessing. Clearing of open punch list items verifying in the site to close off the open packages reinstatement, signing off by client as well as subcontractor.

Implement reinstatement of piping system after hydro testing.

Implement Quality Methodology using by sub-contractors performing work and ensures compliance with project Quality, safety, requirements.

Supervises and inspects all construction activities concerning piping and all other works relevant to the piping activities (pipes installation, test packages, hydro test, etc.)

Ensures executions of the work in accordance with drawings and specifications as per required.

Receive the RFI (Request for Inspection) from the discipline staff and carry out the inspection as per the ITP.
