Wachusett Manor Nursing Home: Sept.2006-Nov.2009 fulltime Cook/Dietary aide

Duties included, prepare all meals and serve, clean up after each meal in a timely manner. Followed menu for all patients’ specific diets and consulted with nurses to ensure all patients needs and wants were met. Over see all food orders answer phones, supervise kitchen and all kitchen staff.

Bed Bath and Beyond: Nov.2009-July 2010 Sales associate part time

Duties included ringing on register, assist customers with all questions and concerns, and keep area clean throughout the day. I also assisted with security to help prevent theft.

Greater Lynn Senior Services: March of 2010 still employed with Glss fulltime

Customer Service Rep: We provide transportation for the elderly and handicap. Duties include answering phones, typing, light filing, and schedule rides for clients to and from appointments, and assist them a on a daily basis with transportation. I also help manage all clients’ accounts and handle all customer compliments and complaints, and any other concerns they may have.
