Acted as lead for implementation of Infor (Lawson) Applicant Tracking System and Onboarding project.
Scheduled and lead discovery sessions with other HR units to find what pain points were and how the new system could benefit the processes.
Lead all levels of internal and external teams to ensure delivery milestones were met.
