Ensure compliance to product conformity requirements through:
Progression tooling,
Single tooling
Seating
Cones
Shells
Brackets
Heat shields
Checking fixtures
Assembling, Maintaining & Improving tooling with fineblank cutting clearances.
Assembling, Maintaining & Improving form tooling.
General Tool repairs over all factory departments.
Repairing of faulty & damaged tools as per production requirements and priorities as recommended by all manufacturing Cell Leaders.
Standardizing of press tools
Upgrading of tools where improvements are identified.
Standardizing tools for standardized presses up to 800tons.
Maintain record of all tool repairs.
Milling machines
Lathes
Grinders

Welding for cutting edges.
Co2, Arc,Tig welding
Tool steel, mild steel, carbon, cast iron, aluminium, copper, bronze
