ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR - STRATEGY & PLANNING DEPARTMENT (2015-2016) Developed and implemented Administration Division Business Plan. Collaborated with manpower controllers, from the manufacturing plants, to streamline the process of identifying future Critical Workforce Segment manpower needs. Partnered successfully with a North America Honda team to develop manpower plans for the Administration Division. Member of a cross-functional team that spearheaded the consolidation of multiple employee surveys. OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR - ASSOCIATE SERVICES DEPARTMENT (2012-2015) Developed and implemented Associate Services Department Business Plan and managed the departments overall budget. Managed the Medically Inactive Transition Program, which assisted associates on Long Term Disability to transition back to work or to retirement. Initiated the rollout of Honda's new Associate Services Vendor. Managed several Special Projects including:

North American Office Move: Surpassed goal of moving 400+ associates and their belongings from 12 different departments, in 5 different locations, in 21 business days - completed project in 10 business days, saving over $33,000. Planned and managed all aspects of the project, including managing each department's representative and contracted mover.

Family Festival 5K: Increased associate and dependent participation by 300% in 4 years. Managed budget to break even each year. Conceptualized the event and effectively supervised 5K team, vendors and volunteers.

Job Demands Analysis: Completed independent project 6 months ahead of schedule. Project entailed an analysis of key processes in each production department to determine the physical capabilities necessary to work in each production department. Planned and managed all aspects of the project.

FITNESS SPECIALIST

ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR - ASSOCIATE SERVICES DEPARTMENT (2011-2012) Member of Associate Care Team. Developed/implemented individual physical conditioning programs for production associates recovering from work-related injuries. Worked with Plant Safety and Medical staff to conduct production line-side investigations into root causes of production associate injuries. Advised injured associates on how to properly treat injuries attributed to production processes. Key project:

Pre-shift Stretching: Experienced 100% reduction of injury within 6 months of program implementation - Designed a 5 minute pre-shift stretching program targeting the five most injured body parts. This was an original response to Plant's safety concerns about increased incidence of musculoskeletal injuries during start of shift.

OPERATION MANAGER

ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR - WELLNESS CENTER MANAGEMENT TEAM (2002-2011) Developed and implemented Wellness Center Business Plan and managed the departments overall budget. Instrumental in implementing Honda's Destination Wellness program. Spearheaded various Destination Wellness Fitness Initiatives and Special Projects such as:

Courage to Start Program: Increased participation from 200 program participants in first year to over 500 program participants by the end of the 3rd and final year - Conceptualized program and effectively supervised implementation. Program encouraged associates and spouses to become engaged in a healthy lifestyle by training for and participating in the Capital City Half Marathon & the Commit To Be Fit 5K. Participants earned points towards their benefits package.

Work Hardening Program: Surpassed goal of decreasing injuries by 50%, saving $111,000 with zero lost time cases reported one year after the program was implemented. Additionally, improved program participation 32% - conceptualized program and effectively supervised implementation teams. Program was collaboration between Assembly Safety associates and Wellness Center associates to create solutions to decrease incident rates and better prepare new associates, transfers and temporaries for work in the various manufacturing departments.

Medical Facility Renovations: Collaborated with Company Facilities, In-Plant Medical and Health Partners to renovate and expand Honda's existing In-Plant Medical facilities at the Marysville and East Liberty Auto Plants. Responsible for the project scope, project presentations and space allocation negotiations. Both projects were completed within scope and their allocated budgets. HR SPECIALIST / ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR - LEAVE COORDINATION DEPARTMENT (2001-2002) Temporary assignment in the Leave Coordination Department at the Marysville Auto Plant. Processed leave of absence requests for the Assembly Department utilizing the Family Medical Leave Act regulations. Managed several Special Projects. Key Project:

Office Ergonomics Awareness Program: Experienced a 100% reduction of office injuries after implementation of the Awareness Program - collaborated with members of Company Safety Team to develop and implement an Office Ergonomics Awareness program.
