Responsible for running maintenance (Preventive and Corrective), Shutdown and Break down maintenance. On line and off line calibrations of field instruments such as control valves, smart transmitters, displacer type level transmitters, gauges, local indicators, controllers and many others. Overhaul/Servicing of control valves and actuators. Testing and trouble shooting of on plant field instruments, also handled instrument data bases such as P&ID, ILD, vendor and engineering documents.

Coordination of field activities and preparation of pre-loop and final loop folders. Responsible for final loop checking with client, Installation acceptance testing (IAT) and System acceptance testing (SAT), Instrument support erection, instrument installation and termination supervising, leading of instrument calibrations, function checking of field instruments as per requirement, cause and effect testing, trouble shooting. Foundation Field bus (FF) segment checkout, FF device commissioning and troubleshooting using the Asset Management system (AMS). Pre-commissioning, commissioning, troubleshooting & instrument zeroing during the plant start-up.
