WORK EXPERIENCE

United States Army, Fort Bragg, NC 12/2010 – 11/2013

Operations Manager, UH-60 (Blackhawk) Helicopter Operations (Combat Operations)

Maintained accountability for five each Special aircraft, equipment and supplies valued in excess of $30 million without damage, loss, violation or discrepancy in property book reconciliation. Supervised and provided technical guidance and training, derived from all-source intelligence. Ensured aircraft maintenance was conducted in accordance with technical manuals for a total of 17 standard aircraft during combat operations.

Analyzed existing intelligence, logistical and operational problems and developed objective solutions to ensure the eradication of all issues. Coordinated and led the effort to revise how the unit analyzed intelligence in order to identify capability plans and recommended solutions with great success. Experienced in managing personnel and equipment, training, and developing courses of action to accomplish organizational goals.

Planned and developed budget preparation and guidance with senior personnel and subordinate personnel to ensure all budgeting requirements for scheduled projects were met or exceeded. Reviewed and updated policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure that the latest and most effective techniques were utilized and implemented.

United States Army, US Forces Korea Command, Yongsan, Korea 08/2007 – 12/2010

Technical Inspector, UH-60 (Blackhawk) Helicopter Operations

Analyzed intelligence, planned, coordinated and supervised technical inspections for aircraft systems, subsystems and major components to ensure compliance with specifications and operation at optimal levels. Performed a variety of intelligence related tasks IAW aircraft maintenance and managing mechanics in maintaining a fleet of UH-60 helicopters.

Updated, enforced and implemented technical policies, manuals and operational procedures derived from collected all-source intelligence in accordance with DOD and Army regulations. Maintained accountability for aircraft, equipment and supplies valued in excess of $25 million without damage, loss, violation or discrepancy in property book reconciliation. Performed intelligence based threat analysis for 26 airborne VIP missions to include the Secretary of State, Secretary of Defense, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Pacific Command (PACOM) Commander and Congressional Delegates. Planned, coordinated and executed sensitive travel plans for all VIP visitors to include threat assessment based on all-source intelligence data ensuring the safety of VIP guests, military equipment, aircraft, and sensitive documents.

United States Army, US Forces Korea Command, Seoul Air Base, Korea 11/2006 – 08/2007

Quality Control Manager, UH-60 (Blackhawk) Helicopter Operations

Played a vital role in overall operational management, intelligence implementation, tasking assignment, and supervision of directed objectives, completion, and quality assurance inspections to ensure the highest level of proficiency throughout the organization. Directly accounted for the organization’s 33 UH-60 Helicopters valued in excess of $200 million without loss, and without interruption to operational objectives.

Formulated and recommended the establishment, continuation and reviewing of intelligence plans, policies, and programs through structured assessments. Participated in the planning, collection, and reporting of intelligence at tactical and strategic levels. Cross-trained personnel on an ongoing basis on new intelligence techniques, operational initiatives, and operational language use.

Maintained countless intelligence products throughout hostile and peaceful environments without loss or compromise to the products being handled. Facilitated movement of personnel, supplies, equipment, and vehicles through hostile regions without damage or loss.
