Duties on site were typically monitoring of the fabrication processes and dealing with vendor

quality challenges in Steel structure and piping (Duplex / Super Duplex and F65 Clad

materials).

Other responsibilities included Witness Mechanical Testing of WPQs, NDE Reviews, Surface

and Paint Inspection, witnessing Hydrostatic Testing and Preservation of Manifold lines and

Flow Loops, Pre Punch, Final Inspections, Module FATs and SITs, HSE site walks with

reports, Document Reviews and Handover for Sea Transport to Congo.

Also Included:NDT /Welding advice to Kaombo Project team regarding Manifold and

XMAS TREE packages during set up of site team and initiation period.
