Program Manager, (NGCD) (June 2014- Present): Led a $7.5 million technology development program for the Department of Defense. Responsible for both internal and customer funded research and development activities for the Next Generation Chemical Detector (NGCD) program. All program deliverables to date delivered on schedule and within budget.

Product Manager, PGR-1064TM, (October 2013- Present): Led transition of an internally developed hand-held Raman spectrometer from Research and Development to full rate production (PGR-1064TM). Responsible for product roadmaps, resource allocation, costing analyses, and risk mitigation strategies as part of an overall product launch effort.

Program Manager, LightGuard, (October 2011-June 2014): Led a $3 million project to design and develop of a Hyperspectral imaging sensor system capable of detecting and identifying energetic threats while integrated on a Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicle. All program milestones met on schedule and within budget.

Hamilton Sundstrand Sensor Systems, Pomona, California

Project Engineer/System Scientist, (CBDS), (July 2010-October 2011): Led an Integrated Product Development Team (IPDT) to design, build, integrate, and test two development systems capable of detecting both chemical and biological weapons from one platform for the Chemical Biological Detection System (CBDS) program. All program milestones met within budget.

Project Engineer/System Scientist, (CBMS II), (March 2008- October 2011): Led an IPDT to design and develop 102 CBRN sensor systems (Block II Chemical Biological Mass Spectrometer) for the U.S. Army, which included successful completion of First Article Test. All design and test activities were successfully completed 13% below the fixed price cost budgets yielding over $500,000 in engineering profits alone.

Project Engineer (PHILIS), (June 2007-March 2008): Coordinated subcontractor efforts and led integration, acceptance testing, and delivery of a EPA qualified mobile laboratory to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security as part of the first completed DHS Science and Technology CBRN project.

Project Engineer (CBMS II), (February 2006-June 2007): Led design, method development, hardware integration, and test of six CBMS II prototype systems with Biological Weapons detection capability.

Research Scientist, (February 2005-February 2006): Supported data acquisition, method development, and hardware improvements for both CBMS II and the Major Constituent Analyzer for the International Space Station.
