A) P1M – Priority One Manager
Description: P1M application is used by whole JPMC organization.P1M is a web application that manages priority one incidents. P1M team is a team devoted to handling P1 event. This involves assembling a bridge call, paging resolves and escalating as needed, workload of the users and their assignments.

B) Password Management Tool
Description: Users require access to several applications for daily operations and in order to provide password reset support to the firm. Application/server access is removed on a scheduled basis and the Technician is not notified to login and reset prior to expiration. As a result, Technicians are responsible to manually track the expirations and proactively log into each system regularly to prevent access expiration.
System will allow the user to safely store their ID’s and passwords for multiple applications. Stored passwords will be encrypted, using methods that are risk approved. The system will provide a stable and resilient operating environment. This will help improve the controls and security around the level of privileged access and reduce the risk to the firm.

Change Management is a process for providing standard methods and procedures that enable the Firm to modify any part of its technology environment. It improves products and services without impacting customers or customer-facing employees. The tool used to manage changes in our environment is the Enterprise Change Management System.

E) OBT- On-Boarding Tool ( CITI Bank)
Description:
The main goal of the GTS Client On-Boarding initiative is to standardize and streamline the on-boarding process for our global multi-jurisdiction clients. In addressing these issues of ‘Account Maintenance’, eBAM and OBT are the major tools that will be employed. The Electronic Bank Account Management (eBAM) will provide GTS with a proven and repeatable process for enabling electronic workflows using digital signatures. The On-Boarding Tool (OBT) will provide an automated tracking tool to ensure quicker and more efficient on-boarding process. As a solution to the issues mentioned above, OBT and eBAM will be working hand in hand to ensure a better and more efficient procedure for account maintenance activities. The qualitative benefits of this initiative include operational efficiencies, increased customer satisfaction and retention and a significant mitigation of risk through reducing Citi’s liability associated with validation and verification of customer signatures for account requests.
