To Whom It May Concern,

I have known Steve Virostko for over 10 years both professionally and personally. On the job Steve brings not only a high level of professionalism and integrity to the job but he's also very reliable. By reliable I mean he not only shows up on time all the time, which seems to be a scarce trait these days, but he's also reliable in that he can be counted on to achieve results when they are needed. Steve has shown himself to be both innovative and a self starter on various projects he was tasked with while being the kind of team player that is willing to take on whatever was thrown his way. There is no doubt in my mind that Steve's unique skill set and attitude would be valuable assets when considering him for any position.

Sincerely,

Brian Caldwell

To Whom It May Concern:

My name is Dana Frank. I had the pleasure of working with Steve Virostko for 10 years at Charitable Adult Rides and Services (formerly Charitable Auto Resources.) I have been with the organization for 11 years in Customer Service as a Senior Customer Service Specialist and New Hire Trainer. Steve started out in Customer Service and quickly rose through the ranks to ultimately become our Inventory Control Specialist.

It was Steve's job to ensure that donated vehicles were being picked up from donors in a timely manner, cars were being sold for good prices, and checks were being sent to us expeditiously. Additionally, Steve worked with donors to assist them with resolving difficult title and/or DMV issues that prevented the cars from being sold quickly. He followed up with Auction Houses, towing companies, vendors, and donors on a daily basis. He interacted with a wide variety of managers and employees in various departments to accomplish those tasks.

His position was one of the highest pressure jobs at CARs. Steve was entrusted with a great deal of responsibility. Regardless of the constant daily pressure to produce, and the conflicting priorities and deadlines of various managers, Steve's exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills always shined through. He was, without exception, pleasant, helpful, and a pleasure to bearound. I observed him time and time again over the years going above and beyond what was expected of him to further the mission of our organization, which is to raise as much money as possible for the non-profits that we serve through their Car Donation Programs. Steve was known among all of our co-workers as a person who always did a wonderful job and someone you could always go to if you needed help finishing a task. Steve was very well respected within our organization.

I unequivocally recommend my former colleague Steve for employment within your organization.

Please feel free to call me to discuss any other information that might be helpful. Best regards,

Dana Frank
