Coordinate all subcontractors and field personnel on a daily/weekly basis on projects
Purchase all materials and equipment throughout phase of construction
Issue change orders, purchase orders, RFIs, work orders
Read and interpret blue prints and implement the design to the field
Able to make and implement decisions on site to make design of project work with field conditions
Estimate and project changes that may happen on site
Project scheduling using Buildertrend and Microsoft Project and Primavera
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Microsoft Project, Buildertrend, Sage Contractor 100, Timberline and Microsoft Outlook
Hold weekly meetings with Architects, Owners, Designers, Engineers
Salary requirement is $95,000

Handling project meetings and communications with engineers, architects, construction managers and all involved on the site. Responsible for all aspects on the project including final completion and takeover by owner. Scheduling and overseeing labor force and subcontractors on the project on a daily basis, doing daily reports and labor reports.

Run various job sites both commercial and residential. Buy out materials and contracts for subcontractors. Handle weekly job meetings with owners and architects. Submittals, RFIs and change orders and daily reports. Interpreting blueprints and SKs related to the job, direct labor force on a daily basis on work that is being done.
