Provided a new structure and improvements to the operation through design and employee training; worked through the process of facility compliance issues from the Department of Environmental Quality to meet satisfactory with inspector.

•Plant facility had a record year under my supervision including a 40% increase in production capacity and efficiency with a reduction in cost from labor and materials. Profit increased by over one million dollars in 2009 due to increase in production capacity and efficiency and the ability to meet higher demand from customers.

•Designed over 60 lifting fixtures for various plants for hot dip galvanizing. Designed to optimize customer material and improve safety and efficiency of labor and reduction in material use.
