Project Description:

3 is a brand name under which several UMTS-based mobile phone networks and Broadband Internet Providers are operated in Australia.

In the Reporting section there are nearly 6000 Business Objects Reports available. Those are already developed and have been already deployed in the Business Objects. Each Report has been developed as per the Customer Request. The Reports contain charts, tables, cross tables as well. The Customer Requests might be new report development or existing report changes or problem solving.

Mainly user will send the request by e-mail through Lotus notes Inbox or will assign the ticket to our group. The requests might be BO report development /modification & scheduling the report.

As a team, was responsible to

Depend upon the Customer request, we should created the incident or work order.

Solve the incident as soon as possible if not escalate to tier 1 process.

Develop the report as per the Customer request & send it to their confirmation.

Schedule the report as per the Customer request.

Maintain the universe at all time. If there want to do any changes or any request from the Costomer client we will modify the universe as per their request.

Project Description:

The Commercial Data Warehouse (CLDW) is the dataware house which is intermediate between sources to back end. My primary work in the project is to maintain and test the database and to test whether data was loaded for each day.

The Commercial applications have autosys jobs and ETL frame work to load the data. If any issues are encountered while loading the data, I validate the data from the source system and will inform the DBA to reload the data again using the autosys jobs. In Autosys batch jobs can be scheduled and the job status can be monitored.

Expertise in developing and testing applications, worked on enhancements to investigate complex issues/queries. As per the client requirements data has been developed and tested.

It's also records overall day-to-day activities such as usage of bandwidth/data by the customers, speed of bandwidth, Online/Offline/Expired customers details, that are

stored into and fetched from perfectly designed database (Sql).

As a tester I have,

Analyzed the requirements document provided by client.

Prepared test scenarios based on the analysis

Wrote test cases for the test scenarios prepared.

Executed test cases in QC.

Created defect and retested them once they are fixed.

Performed system testing and backend testing on the application.

Updated test cases for every release made.
