Leadership:

- Provides leadership to a 24X7 Data Center staff of 7 government and 6 contract computer assistants.

Quarterly reviews, manages, and maintains operational documentation (i.e. SOP's, regulations, etc.) for the support of TAMC's internal/external customers. Performance Objective: Documentation updated satisfactorily each quarter.

Continue to provide/coordinate site-preparation, implementation and operations of top-down DoD, Pacific Regional Medical Command (PRMC), Medical Command (MEDCOM), and departmental systems that reside in IMD's Data Centers. Coordinate sustainment activities with Facilities Management Branch (FMB) and contractors on environmental requirements (i.e. power, air conditioning, etc.). Performance Objective: Ensure preventive maintenance support regarding environmental systems is performed on a monthly/quarterly basis.

Continue to implement AKM Goals by implementing complex IT projects, included but not limited to servers, networks, communication, and databases.

Participate in PEG meetings in order to plan and move departmental servers into TAMC's Data Centers.
