Member of senior management team running all aspects of the Laureate Group s eight retirement communities with 650

employees.

*Direct legal matters in regards to employment law, human resources, and benefits administration and provide

legal advice and counsel on transactional, compliance and government regulatory issues.

*Prepare responses and positions statements for all employment related complaints and coordinates corporate

response with outside counsel as required

*Review, revise and negotiate business contracts including benefit programs, software and hardware contracts.
