Managed & Planned the V600 Mod program on the Dash8-Q400 aircraft on site at SASC, Denmark. The program was complete ahead of schedule in 11 days instead of 14.

Remotely managed and planned a Completion program at UNI Airways, Taiwan.

Negotiated the Q400 Start-Up support contract with the selected AMO “2.5 years contract and approximately US$ 15 million”.

Successfully supported various operators with Start-Up teams including the Q400 start-up requirements for Tyrolean, Changan, Augsburg & SASC.
