Responsibilities

Ensure that production rate requirements are meet. Report any delays or improvements to plant manager to

increase production rate. Fabricate parts to enter rotating machine line for powder coating. Check the quality

of the parts coming from the line and verify that the parts are acceptable. Remove parts from the line that may

contain flash, splay, burn, shorts, sinks or contamination. Prepare all quality approved products for shipment

by follow packaging instructions consisting of box and skid quantities, label packaging, strapping and moving

to shipping department.

General production

Brentwood original - Youngstown, OH - April 2015 to March 2016

Stack and label boxes for shipping. Load and unload trucks for shipment. Receive new shipments of pillows.

Place correct pillow and quantity in designated area according to work order. Prioritize production in order of

shipment date and time. Package pillows into bags and/or other special packaging. Work on assembly line,

making boxes, placing pillows into box or placing thru tape machine. Work at face pace to ensure the product

is shipped with in strict time frame.

Assembly

Ase - Canton, OH - July 2014 to August 2014

Insert proper components of water pump into machine to be pressed together. Change over all dies of the

machine to have new design assembled. Inventory all products to ensure the correct product and amount has

been received. Package, label and process all paper work to have product shipped to customer. Ensure all

safety policy and procedures are followed at all times.

One day assignment at salon select

Unloading delivery truck, clean out storage area, stack tables and chairs andcsalon products.

Assembly

Plating doors, use router to install windows, prepare door panels for shipment. Screw hinges on doors, use

banner machine, used pallet jacks, changed horse shoes in machine with lock out tag out procedure.

Wiring

Install, run and terminate conduit, install wiring by following blue prints provided by company. Bend, run and

install conduit. Ensure quality by following all safety policies and practices.
