1. Talent Acquisition (Lateral Hiring, Campus Hiring, and Outsourced Hiring.) :

Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile in line with overall needs and requirements. (Job Description, Compensation and Rewards, Position, Work Structure, etc.)

Create a comprehensive job description based on hiring manage’s specifications to be used for job posting on internal and external portal.

Monitor and estimate Manpower Requirement and create the Organization Chart (Hierarchy Chart), and get it approved by CEO and HoDs.

Develop appropriate sourcing strategies to tap the right talent for each role.

Source and attract talent through various sources (Job Portal, Company’s career portal, Internal reference, Through Vendors).

Assess a high volume of candidate applications / resume on a daily basis.

Partner in the HR Business Process Transformation to transition to SAP system such as SuccessFactor (SAP Platform for Hiring).

Review and select resumes of candidates to move forward with the interview process.

Disposition of all candidates personally contacted in recruiting cycle (phone screen or higher manager interview).

Solicit and document hiring manager and candidate feedback throughout the interview process.

Negotiate with candidates on the compensation.

Manage the recruiting process to meet hiring goals through the use of effective resource management and effective use of Enterprise applicant tracking system.

Consistently meet the performance parameters as defined by the TA Head.

Provide reporting and regular status updates to the TA Head and Hiring Manager as required.

Solicit referrals from potential talent and internal employees/recent hires.

Establish and Maintain strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates. 2. Employee Relations :

Joining Formalities and orientation of new employees

Prepare business presentations

Give the Corporate Presentation and basic orientation to the joiners.

Implement all HR procedures as per existing policy.

Aware employees about various benefits and components of salary (Optional Payment, Gratuity, PF)

Educate the employees about various policies in the organization

Handle all queries, grievances and escalations from employees (related to attendance, leaves, reimbursements, policies) and ensure the same are resolved within committed time lines

Implementation, Management and Updatation of HRIS (Human Resources Information System)

Employee Database Handling

Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external Stake Holders. 3. Campus Recruitment :

Responsible for the management of recruiting activities and events as well as Employer Branding on campus for these schools.

Preparing Presentations for Pre Placement Talks

Make necessary arrangements (Hotel, Logistics, etc.) for Campus Hiring Activities

Assisting and Managing on Campus Hiring Activities, such as – carrying out GD/Interviews, shortlisting, communicating any information regarding the Hired candidate to the Campus etc.

Offer Letter Rollout to the selected Candidate.

4. Outsourcing Agency Management :

Prepare budget and deployment plan for Manpower outsourcing

Identify and invite Agencies for understanding the requirements and sharing their inputs and explaining their quotations.

Negotiation with the agencies before finalization and awarding the contract

Recruit and on-board workforce as per deployment schedule.

Monitor attendance and process the salary accordingly for the outsourced employees against the invoices.

Invoice payments and Expense claims handling

Handle the queries and escalations from Outsourcing Agencies. 5. Compensation :

Prepare the C.T.C break-up for new employees.
