Energy Saving Through Compressor Testing Machine:-
Myself suggested an Energy Saving Project in Compressor Testing Machine, the process involves recycling of Exhaust Air from the Product Testing Stage. This suggestion was taken by the Management and Implemented. Through this Project Implementation our Company got the Positive Result in Cost Saving by Consuming Less Electric Power, Approximately to a Value of $ 21666 (INR 13L) per annum. I was Highly Recognized, Appreciated and Awarded by our CEO.
Provided Belt Drive for all SPM Machines instead of critical Gearbox Drives. Hence breakdown was completely Killed in those Machines since February 2010.
Successfully Implemented JH (Jishu-Hozen) Activities in the Shop Floor.
Suggested Various Methods of Engineering Solutions to Increase Equipment Availability, Increase Net Operating Rate, Reduce Operation Losses, and Achieve Standard and Acceptable Production Rates.
Identified the Frequent breakdown Machines and Assemblies, Analyzed the Reason for breakdown and Implemented Kaizen to Eliminate breakdown.
Introduced POKA – YOKE, Two Hand Control System and Continuous Pressing Systems to Avoiding Human Error Accidents.
Retrofitting of Machines and Test Rigs by In-house Service System.
Hydraulic Actuated Auto Tool Change Operation was modified as ATC Geared box tool changer in a HMC named HR3A – Japanese Machine (Bottle neck cycle in the Machining Cell). Hence tool changing cycle time were highly reduced by 03 Seconds from 15 Seconds. Due to this project, line productivity was increased an appreciate level. Project duration is Feb-2015 to May-2015.
