• Giving inputs for Advanced Product Quality Planning.

• First Piece Approval for the products being built.

• Preparation of FMEA and Control Plan.

Raising points for Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and designing of fixtures.

Creating the entire First Article Inspection Report for the Proto Lot

• 8D Report preparation for the Customer complaints and submitting to Customer
