Position Held: Teaching Assistant
Responsibilities: Work oneonone with special needs students in a Cross Categorical
classroom with inclusion in General Education in a K1 school. I had to modify academic
classwork to the student's IEP goals, and any related services throughout the student's
day. Also, track data, work in small groups, adapt specific students to the Core
standards, assist with behavior plans, and assist nursing staff with any physical/medical
needs.

Responsibilities: Originally hired for data entry and payroll for various clients. Was
promoted to staff accountant. As a staff accountant, I did spreadsheets, reconciliations,
financial statement preparations, and payroll tax preparations. I also completed Personal
Property Tax returns for all clients, and quarterly and yearend payroll tax and W2
preparations. As Administrative Assistant, I was also responsible for a multi phone office,
ordering of all tax forms and office supplies. Was responsible for organizing the tax
library, and office supply areas.

Responsibilities: Developed a return goods policy, and a collections procedure for this
manufacturing company, as well as perform collections, supervise billing staff, act as
laison between CFO and sales staff. Assisted with payroll through automated system.
GEAUGA SAVINGS BANK 3/1984 to 11/1989
Positions Held: Teller, Head Teller, Assistant to the Treasurer, Bank Card Manager.
Responsibilities: While I was Head teller, I was responsible for all functions behind the
teller line including; supervise and train all tellers, ordering cash from the Federal Reserve
Bank, Maintenance on all accounts. I went on to process paperwork for mortgage and
construction loans. I was also responsible for the escrow management, analysis, and
collection. I then moved to Assistant to the Treasurer, I maintained all bank accounts,
including the operating account, and did all bank reconciliations. I did all general ledger
entries to maintain a balanced G/L, did all data entry needed, researched teller outages,
and any account maintanance issues, and worked with auditors when needed. While
Bank Card Manager, I started a bank card program. I was responsible for all functions of
running the program from approving credit, collections, daily maintenance of accounts,
customer service, as well as daily and monthend general ledger maintenance.
