Led initiatives to optimize site supply chain to reduce cycle time and minimize inventory

levels. Developed and implemented an appropriate site procurement process to optimize

inventory. Collaborated productively with warehouse team to develop and implement

processes for capacity planning. Managed the planning function to ensure effective work

order/purchase order creation and maintenance. Led and supported vendor selection and

improvements in key indicators for supply chain optimization, including MRP
