Plant closed June 2009.

Assisted with turnaround of Mexico facility until August 2010.

Launch a new product; grow from start up to $100m profitable revenue in four years. Responsible for Sales, Product Engineering, and Manufacturing of Automotive Crash Protection Materials. Rapidly growing product group with 5 North American Manufacturing sites, a Tech Center in Detroit, and developing business opportunities in Europe, Latin America and Asia.

Stabilize a hastily created Management Team and manage 30% annual growth. The product offering needed to be diversified so an acquisition was also executed. Expanded product line internationally.

Drive productivity improvements exceeding 20% per year.

Right size the division following market reduction of 75%.
