PROFESSIONAL INTERESTS AND ABILITIES
I have worked in many different settings such as single and multiple specialty groups, solo practice, academic institutions, military facilities
and locum tenens.
I have been able to adapt and get along well with colleagues and patients alike.
I consider a privilege the opportunity to help and I am always trying to be up to date.
One of my strong interests is minimally invasive surgery, I perfected the minilaparotomy tubal ligation procedure to be performed under local anesthesia in an office setting.
I am a well-trained OB-GYN, I can perform all duties related to my specialty. For the last three years I have had a very busy practice with
over 20 OB and surgical cases per month.
I love to teach and have been involved with the residency training program
at Winnie Palmer Hospital in Orlando, the second busiest Obstetrics
facility in the US.
I am DaVinci Robotic Surgery qualified.
PERSONAL INTERESTS
My biggest love is to learn. My biggest passion is to experience life.
I like literature, computers, photography, sailing, ballet, opera, classical music, firearms, cars, travel, gastronomy, history, movies and many other subjects. I am sure there will be many new interests in the future.
I have already soloed in a single engine plane and ultralight trike
aircraft
One of my favorite statements is:
“One million lives would not be sufficient to do what I want to do”
