Training Officer, E-2D Fleet Introduction Team, Norfolk, VA (2015 – 2016)

Oversee the planning and tracking of the Hawkeye Community transition from the E-2C to the E-2D aircraft. Devise optimal execution of training, doctrine, personnel, equipment and facilities to maintain efficient and seamless operations. Collaborate with multiple organizations to develop new facilities, hangars, aircraft support system equipment and simulators.

Contributions & Process Development:

Developed optimal facility layout for new E-2D simulator building to provide efficient utilization of equipment.

Established resource allocation optimization for replacement parts and materials to improve support to five operational squadrons.

Collaborated with community experts to update the E-2D Naval Systems Training Plan to gain peak performance efficiency and metrics.
