Project Manager: Arizon Structures 2016- to

present

Project Manager coordinating engineering and construction for fabric dome construction worldwide. Coordinate

structural engineering and mechanical equipment sizing for structures as well as structure design. Coordinate and

manage installations, testing and startup of systems to inflate domes.

Contract Positions 2014/16:

Aerotek- Facilities Project Manager- Anheuser Busch (March 2015 to March 2016) Managed capital projects for

the St. Louis campus, plants/distribution centers nationwide. Coordinated with Procurement to purchase all

materials required for projects utilizing SAP.

Lowes Corporate- Project Manager (December to March ) Managed store merchandising layouts, construction

and capital projects.

Aerotek- Engineer II (Project Manager) Food Lion (April to December) Managed capital projects, coordinated

electrical/mechanical design and installation of refrigerator/freezer cases and construction to remodel stores.

CL Helt Architects- Project Manager- Family Dollar stores (January to April) Produced all construction

documents for remodels and new Family Dollar stores. Coordinated all electrical/mechanical for HVAC and

refrigeration equipment. Provided permitting for jobs through city.

Manager of Design Solutions: Joerns Healthcare 2012-2013

Hired as Project Manager to schedule design and construction projects nationwide. Coordinated design projects

for client with architects and contractors as well as manufacturing team and outside vendors. Initiated use of

Daptiv scheduling tool to manage multiple projects as well as utilizing SAP for plant production. Was promoted

in July 2013 to Manager of the division and also supervise the design team and manage all design and

construction for the corporation. Company sold in January 2014.

Regional Merchandising Execution Team: Home Depot Corporate, St. Louis MO/ Charlotte NC 2010-

2012 Corporate position traveling throughout the district to assure corporate prototype merchandising plans were

initiated. Install displays, coordinate store layouts with corporate office and work with vendors to maintain store

sets and train personnel on new product.

Manager of Design and Construction: CTMT- Edward Jones Account, St. Louis MO 2007-2010

Managed a team of designers and construction managers to install Edward Jones locations nationwide and in

Canada. Reviewed leased properties, managed design and construction documents and specifications, bidding,

contractor award, management of construction, procurement of finishes and equipment for branch installations.

Coordinated with trades, IT, marketing and HR. Managed vendor relations and contract negotiations for FF&E.

Contract Positions 2005 to 2007

Archimages Architects: As Senior Designer I worked with clients to program and design healthcare facilities.

Provided space planning, construction documents, FF&E specifications and managed projects through

construction.

Monsanto: Facilities Designer. Provided space planning for corporate offices and laboratories. Specified

systems furniture and FF&E.

Conrad Properties: Senior Construction Manager 4545 Lindell project. Provided details and specifications for

finish out of upscale condominium project. Coordinated with contractors to bid upgrades and design packages

for client selection.

Hollander Architects: Senior Architectural Designer Commercial. Provided construction documents for

retail, financial and restaurant projects. Coordinated all MEP with engineers.

Operations Manager: University of Missouri Rolla 2004-

2005

Hired for startup of $12,500,000, 100,000 square foot student center managing operations staff of 25 to maintain

facility. Managed a team of over 50 employees including Maintenance, Housekeeping, Event Planners, set up

and Catering to open facility and manage campus and community events.

Freelance, contract design and architectural services providing commercial and residential design in St. Louis

metro area for Healthcare, Laboratory and Retail construction.

Senior Project Architect: CASCO Corporation, St. Louis MO 2000-

2001

Managed design and construction projects for nationwide retailers such as Toys R Us, Circuit City and Home

Depot. Provided construction documents, coordinated construction documents with civil, mechanical and

electrical engineers. Coordinated construction with retailer contractors.

Project Manager: May Company, St. Louis MO 1999-2000

Lead Store Planner, managed design and construction projects for the Famous Barr division. Due to my

performance from 1995-1997, I was rehired in a management role. I managed a team to provide space planning,

design and specification as well as bidding and construction management.

Mass Purchaser- May Company, St. Louis MO 1995-1997

Provided budgets for store build outs. Produced material takeoffs from architectural drawings. Procured

construction materials and FF&E and coordinated delivery to jobsite. Managed vendor relations and contracts.

Maintained construction budget while assisting on site construction managers with construction issues.

Project Manager: BJC Design and Construction, St. Louis MO 1997-1999

Managed construction projects for $300,000,000 hospital expansion project. This was a three year contract but

due to project escalation I had to complete 100 projects in 18 months. Programmed moves, remodels and new

construction projects. Provided budgets, managed outside designers and architects and engineers to provide

construction documents. Managed bid process, awarded bids and managed construction. Coordinated

installations with IT, maintenance staff as well as hospital administrators.
